- •Ammunition shipping: All ammunition ships ground with adult signature required. Handgun ammo purchasers must be 21+; rifle/shotgun ammo purchasers must be 18+. Ammunition cannot be shipped to MA, NY, CT, or IL due to state restrictions.
- •Firearms & ammo: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- •Other products: 5-business-day return window with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Unopened items in original packaging receive store credit, exchange, or refund minus 25% restocking fee. Opened items face 40% total deduction (25% restocking + 15% open box fee). Special orders, used items, optics, and night vision cannot be returned.
- •Warranty: New firearms ship in original manufacturer's box with magazines, accessories, and applicable warranty. Warranty claims must go through the manufacturer, not Council Guns.
