Full description and what we offer

Scott Hall has been engraving professionally since 2004, when he trained under Master Engraver Sam Alfano at GRS engraving school. His work spans firearms, knives, jewelry, steel, silver, gold, copper, brass, antler, glass, and wood—but his passion centers on firearms and traditional Vaquero silverwork.

  • Firearms: Collector guns, black powder rifles, Winchester and Marlin models with traditional or custom designs
  • Silver & Saddle Work: Custom conchos, bridle hangers, bits, and spurs
  • Specialty Techniques: High-relief engraving, gold inlays, bright-cut work, and wildlife scenes

Has engraved firearms valued over $20,000 and a rolling block rifle over 150 years old

His portfolio shows detailed wildlife scenes (coyotes, prairie dogs), traditional Marlin cowboy engraving, intricate scroll work in Nimschke style, and custom bits displayed at the Great Western Silver Exhibition in Sheridan, Wyoming. One Las Cruces bit he crafted sold for $2,000.
