Hudson Arms started in 2022 as a hobby that quickly became a passion project. What began as tinkering with firearms has evolved into a full-service gunsmith shop and firearms dealer serving Emmett and the surrounding area. The shop operates out of 3560 Bishop Road and handles everything from routine maintenance to complex custom builds.

The business focuses on precision work and personalized service, with gunsmiths who take on projects ranging from simple cleaning jobs to complete firearm restorations. They've built a reputation for attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in their relatively short time in operation.

Hudson Arms stocks a variety of firearms including rifles for hunting and tactical applications, handguns for self-defense and competition, and shotguns for home defense and sport shooting. They carry products from established manufacturers and also offer specialty firearms including precision rifles and custom builds. Their suppressor selection covers rifles, handguns, shotguns, and submachine guns, sold through their Silencer Shop partnership.

The shop charges $80 per hour for gunsmith work with a $40 minimum charge. They offer expedited "here and now" service for certain types of work at an additional $50 fee. FFL transfers include a 30-day pickup window, after which storage fees apply. Customers have one year to collect transferred items before they're considered abandoned property. All transfer work requires proper documentation including FFL licenses or valid ID copies.
