Full description and what we offer
Farragut Public Shooting Range operates four distinct shooting facilities designed to accommodate everyone from new shooters to experienced hunters and competitors.
The 50-yard range has 12 shooting points and accepts handguns and rimfire rifles, accommodating distances from 7 to 50 yards. The 100-yard range features 12 points for rifles, shotgun slugs, and scoped handguns—typically shot at 50-100 yards, with shorter distances available under Range Safety Officer supervision for scope verification. The 200-yard range provides 12 points for rifle shooting at 100-200 yard distances.
The shotgun trap has 4 points with manually cocked mechanical throwers. Shot is limited to #7.5, #8, and #9. Participants bring their own clay targets. The archery range features 20 shooting points along a 1-mile 3D target loop and welcomes crossbows.
