Alpha Koncepts' founder earned his Illinois State Police Concealed Carry Instructor certification in 2013, making him one of the earliest in the state. While over 3,000 instructors operate in Illinois today, few have been teaching longer. That experience shows in the curriculum and the instructors they've assembled.
