Rochelle Wildlife Conservation Club

Rochelle Wildlife Conservation Club (RWCC) is a private, member-only conservation organization located in Chana, Illinois, dedicated to promoting outdoor sportsmanship, wildlife conservation, and youth education. The club operates as a non-profit sanctuary protecting natural resources while providing members with exceptional shooting and outdoor recreation opportunities.

The club maintains dedicated rifle and archery ranges for member use. The rifle range operates seasonally with extended hours during warmer months (June-October: 9am-6pm weekdays, 11am-4pm Sundays; November-May: 9am-4pm weekdays, 11am-4pm Sundays). Range access requires:

• •Active membership with range privileges
• •Valid Illinois FOID (Firearm Owners ID) card
• •Annual range fee in addition to membership

Non-member guests are never permitted to use the range.

Beyond shooting sports, RWCC offers:

• •Fishing in club-maintained lakes with specific catch limits and seasonal regulations
• •Camping on designated grounds ($5/night for members)
• •Lodge Rentals - The climate-controlled Dugdale Lodge features a full kitchen, restrooms, covered patio, picnic areas, and grills for member events
• •Youth Programs - Educational initiatives promoting conservation and outdoor skills
• •Member Events - Regular club activities including a famous annual Steak Fry

Membership is restricted to residents of specific Illinois zip codes. Annual membership is $50; membership with range privileges is $100. All memberships are non-refundable.
