Schrank's Smoke 'N Gun opened in 1964 under Mike Schrank and ran for decades with his brother John. Both passed away in 2007, and today Joan Schrank—Mike's wife—keeps the operation running with three generations of the Schrank family plus former law enforcement and military personnel on staff.
