Skillet Fork Outfitters operates guided deer and turkey hunts on property along the Skillet Fork River, 5 miles north of Carmi, IL. Owner Chris Crow runs the operation with a straightforward approach: hunters get access to the land, lodging at the lodge, and evening meals included in the hunt price.
They offer three main methods:
Combo packages pair archery and firearm seasons—the Super Combo ($5,650) stacks 4 days of archery, 2nd firearm season, and muzzleloader season into one trip.
April 4 – May 8 season with archery and firearm options:

All hunt prices include lodging and meals for your entire stay. Evening meals are provided on deer and turkey hunts.
The lodge sits 1 hour from Evansville Regional Airport. Transportation from the airport can be arranged. Hunters must obtain their own Illinois licenses and tags through the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
Payment is structured in thirds: - 1/3 due upon booking (or by March 1) - 1/3 due July 1 - Balance due on arrival
