Founded in 1933, St. Charles Sportsmen's Club operates as a non-profit, members-only facility spread across 70 acres just off Route 47 in Elburn, Illinois. Whether you shoot trap, skeet, sporting clays, or rifle—or just want to practice archery—the club has dedicated facilities for each discipline.
New shooters can apply for Shooting/Trap-only membership on the third Saturday of each month at 9:45 AM, followed by mandatory safety briefing.
Full Members require an existing member sponsor and board meeting approval. Shooting & Trap-only memberships skip the sponsor requirement and get you started faster.

The club participates in the Northern Illinois Winter Jackrabbit League—a 50-target trap competition that rotates between three clubs each week. Entry is $30, includes team and individual prize money, and welcomes both ATA and non-ATA shooters.
Founded on principles of sportsmanship and conservation, SCSC stays true to that mission while offering shooters at all levels a safe, welcoming place to practice and compete.
