Old Trails Rifle & Pistol Club

Old Trails Rifle & Pistol Club is a historic shooting facility established in September 1929 and chartered by the National Rifle Association in May 1931. Located in Richmond, Indiana, the club continues its legacy of promoting marksmanship, safety, and competitive shooting excellence.

• •Outdoor Range - Located at 501 Beeson Road, Richmond, featuring a 300-yard rifle range designed for precision shooting and varmint competitions.

• •Indoor Range - Located at 2601 Straightline Pike, Richmond, providing climate-controlled facilities for pistol and smallbore rifle shooting with year-round access for members.

• •NRA Basic Pistol Certification - Certified training for new and experienced shooters
• •NRA Smallbore Rifle Training - Instruction in precision .22 rifle techniques
• •Varmint Matches - 100-yard and 50-yard rimfire varmint competitions
• •Bullseye Pistol Competitions - Gallery and high-powered bullseye matches

The club operates as a membership-based facility. Members receive key access to ranges and are responsible for their guests at all times. Membership cards must be kept visible while at the range. The club maintains approximately 300+ members with specialized access categories for indoor range privileges.

Old Trails RPC is affiliated with the National Rifle Association, Indiana State Rifle & Pistol Association, National Sporting Clays Association, and the Civilian Marksmanship Program.

The club maintains an active events calendar with quarterly newsletters and regular shooting programs throughout the year. Members are encouraged to check the calendar before visiting to ensure no competitions are scheduled.
