Arsenal Performance and Gun Works exists to provide quality care and service for firearms, combining old-school craftsmanship with modern technique. The shop is run by local Hampton Roads residents with extensive backgrounds in military and law enforcement—Ric Sutton is a retired police officer with 30+ years of experience in patrol, investigations, and tactical operations, plus 27 years of reserve military service across the USMCR and USCGR. Jeremy Phillips is an active US Navy intelligence officer with overseas deployments and competitive shooting experience across distance precision, handgun, and three-gun disciplines.

Cleaning & Polish Work - Basic and detailed cleaning on all platforms - Action polishing to smooth out your trigger and function

Custom Finishing & Modifications - Complete Cerakote coating on slides, frames, uppers, lowers, stocks, and shotgun components - Stippling on grips and frontstrap/backstrap areas - Barrel porting, milling, pin and weld services - Machining work including undercuts and magazine cuts

Full-Service Repair Appointments required for quotes and pricing on all repair work.

Training is provided through their partnership with Aggressive Defensive Solutions. Classes run $75 and include:
