JMP operates thousands of acres of privately-owned terrain in northeastern Kansas. The property features rolling pastures, wooded draws, hardwood stands, and cropland—a mix that supports both abundant wildlife and trophy-quality game. Hunters work fresh ground each season, not the same tired acreage.
Bookings include lodging. Hunts are tailored to your experience level. For 2026 non-resident deer permits, applications open April 1-24 at ksoutdoors.gov—select Unit 9 plus one adjacent unit, pick your weapon (archery, muzzleloader, or firearm), and choose your season.
Group hunts available: up to 5 applicants can apply for the same unit and season together.
