Red Dog Outfitters

Red Dog Outfitters was founded in 2010 and has operated as a full-time hunting outfitter since October 2012. Owner Tim Clark built the operation around a simple philosophy: offer the hunts he'd want to take himself, at prices everyone can actually afford.

Whitetail Deer — Mostly wooded habitat, stand and blind hunts across Kansas and Nebraska. You can typically draw tags in Kansas most years, especially since they expanded into multiple units. OTC archery tags are available in Nebraska too.

Mule Deer — Kansas Game Units 1 and 2. Most animals stick to pastures and dryland crops, giving solid hunting opportunities in areas where mule deer hunting isn't oversaturated.

Turkey Hunting — Spring hunts across their leased properties.

Upland Game — Additional hunting options available.

Over 30,000 acres leased in Kansas and Nebraska. They only lease what they consider the very best available land.

They've been running Kansas hunts since 2011 and Nebraska hunts since 2012. Both states offer path to tags—Kansas through the draw system and Nebraska with OTC archery and rifle tags, plus what Clark calls "the sleeper hunt," Nebraska muzzleloader season.
