If you win and fail the background check, Bowie Outfitters charges a 20% restocking fee and relists the item. You cannot have someone else take the background check for you.

All disputes are filed in Livingston Parish Circuit Court under Louisiana law. Bidders who fail to complete purchases are banned from all future Bowie/Henderson auctions and may face civil or criminal violations.
