Center Mass Concealed Carry teaches firearm safety and marksmanship in Baton Rouge through structured, objective-based courses. Classes are held at FRC Indoor Pistol Range (9378 S Choctaw Dr) and cover everything required for responsible ownership and carry.
Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) Class - $100 ($75 renewal) - Full-day instruction: 9:00am–6:00pm - Covers all state requirements for CCW permit application - Includes live-fire qualification on the range - Can rent a pistol if you don't own one yet - Bring your own firearm + 50+ rounds ammunition - Certificates prepared in advance
NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting - $100 - Designed for beginners - Covers pistol operation, ammunition, safety, and shooting fundamentals
NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home - $130 - Prerequisite qualification required (NRA Basic Pistol cert, marksmanship qual, pistol qual card, DD 214, or valid CCW permit) - Focuses on self-defense knowledge, legal rights, and tactical decision-making
