The Crawfish Cup kicks off the annual action pistol season with NRA-registered regional and state championships held at the Southwest Louisiana Rifle & Pistol Club in Lake Charles. The 2026 event runs April 24-25, drawing amateur and professional competitors—including law enforcement, military marksmanship teams, and shooters from around the country and world.
The club operates five dedicated competition ranges:

Practice on fully operational ranges is available Monday-Thursday. The club also hosts weekly practice sessions before major championships.
The Southwest Louisiana Rifle & Pistol Club holds meetings the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. New members can join for $99 total (dues + initiation) after two meetings. Club membership includes range access and participation in all scheduled matches.
