Full description and what we offer
Fidelis Firearms teaches the DC metropolitan area—including Maryland and Virginia—how to shoot responsibly. With over 30 years of instructor experience, they've built curriculum that works whether you're picking up a firearm for the first time or you've been shooting for years.
Concealed Carry Certifications cover state law requirements, reciprocity between states, and the application process. Most courses meet legal requirements for CCW permits.
Basic Firearms Courses teach handguns, shotguns, and rifles from the ground up: universal safety rules, maintenance, shooting fundamentals, and state laws. Mix of live fire and classroom instruction.
L.I.F.T (Ladies Inspired Firearms Training) is a 2-hour introduction to women-specific self-defense training. Uses SIRT laser training to teach safety and fundamentals without live ammunition.
Home Defense Certifications focus on developing a personal protection plan, situational awareness, and using a firearm as a tool in your own house.
Skill Development Courses are customized based on your actual needs—whether that's advancing your marksmanship, competitive shooting, or laser training.
They use SIRT laser pistol training alongside traditional live-fire instruction. This lets students train fundamentals, practice draw speed, and work on accuracy without range costs.
Classes pull from established curricula: USCCA and NRA basic and concealed carry handgun programs.
By appointment only — Schedule in advance at 571-723-9233 or [email protected]. Hours run 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
"Our mission is to empower citizens by promoting the right to self defense while focusing on the 2nd Amendment and our right to bear arms."
They're explicit about it: proper training and knowledge actually matter. You can own a gun and be irresponsible about it, or you can invest in real instruction and develop the skills and judgment that come with carrying a firearm.
