Monocacy Pistol Club

Monocacy Pistol Club is a premier pistol shooting facility dedicated to helping handgun shooters practice and improve their skills through friendly competitions and regular practice opportunities. Located in Frederick, Maryland, the club operates four distinct shooting ranges to accommodate various disciplines and skill levels.

The club features four specialized ranges:

• •Bulls-Eye Range - Precision target shooting with matches held May through October
• •Pins Range - Pin matches available March through November for competitive shooters
• •Steel Range - Year-round steel target matches with interesting and challenging configurations
• •Multi-Purpose Range - Hosts various match formats including Police Pistol Combat, Critters/Miniature Metallic Silhouette, and Winchester NRA marksmanship events

The facility is open exclusively to Monocacy Pistol Club members and their invited guests:

• •Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• •Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• •Closed: Easter Sunday and Christmas Day

While Monocacy Pistol Club hosts weekly competitive matches, most members use the facility for self-paced practice. Practice targets and steel targets are available when the range is open. The club offers opportunities for shooters of all ability levels to participate in organized events or casual practice sessions.

Monthly membership meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the American Legion's Francis Scott Key Post #11, 1450 Taney Avenue, Frederick, Maryland.
