Prince Georges County Trap and Skeet Center

Prince George's County Trap and Skeet Center stands out as one of only 47 gun clubs in the entire U.S. that offers Olympic Games of International Trap (International Bunker) and International Skeet. Located at 10400 Good Luck Road in Glenn Dale, it's a serious shooting facility for everyone from beginners to competitive shooters.

The facility includes a clubhouse with deck overlooking the fields, shelters and picnic tables for shooters, paved paths, a shop, snack bar, and meeting room. Shotgun rentals are available for onsite use ($25/day per gun).

• •First Shot Program is mandatory for new shooters. This 30-minute safety class covers shotgun fundamentals and gun club etiquette, led by a qualified range officer. Cost is $10 and includes five targets, five shells, and eye/ear protection. Offered weekends only with reservations recommended.

Regular leagues run year-round for trap, skeet, and sporting clays at all skill levels. The Tuesday Night Red Duck League runs twice yearly (spring and fall). Sanctioned tournaments are registered with: - Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA) - National Skeet Shooting Association (NSSA) - National Sporting Clays Association (NSCA)
