Full description and what we offer
Asymmetrical Defense was founded by Bret Lentine, a former US Army Ranger with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He's spent the last 20 years actively concealed carrying, competing in action shooting competitions, and training. That background shapes everything the company does.
A.D. runs structured classes across skill levels:
Ultra slow-motion video analysis reinforces proper shooting fundamentals and corrects issues impossible to see at normal speed.
This isn't a small detail. Most shooters can't see what their trigger press or sight picture actually looks like under stress. A.D. films you and plays it back frame-by-frame so you catch problems that live feedback misses.
A.D. approaches training from a specific angle: the Second Amendment comes with responsibility. Their goal is building gun owners who are safe, well-trained, self-reliant, and aware. They train U.S. citizens, law enforcement, and military members—meaning the instruction works across contexts.
They stay current. The team continuously trains and competes in various shooting sports because they believe learning never stops. That matters. An instructor who hasn't competed or trained hard in years teaches differently than one doing it every month.
