The club operates through standing committees covering building & grounds, indoor/outdoor ranges, membership, kitchen, finance, and legislative issues. Work hour tracking shows the club runs regular events including Sunday breakfasts, scheduled work parties, and seasonal activities. Multiple vice presidents and a board of trustees handle day-to-day operations, but the club model depends on member participation.
