Guaranteed Massachusetts Gun License School teaches the state-required firearms safety course needed to apply for your License to Carry. They're authorized by the Massachusetts State Police and the National Rifle Association.

The process is straightforward:

1. Take the class - Comprehensive instruction on Massachusetts gun laws and firearms safety. You receive your State Police Certificate upon completion. 2. Apply locally - Submit a simple one-page form to your local police department. The appointment typically happens within 30 days, with your permit arriving within 60 days. 3. Get your LTC - If you're at least 21, have a clean criminal record (no felony or misdemeanor convictions), and apply within one year, they guarantee you'll receive your Class A License to Carry or your money back.

Important: Residents of Quincy, Sharon, and Weymouth—your towns require a live fire component. The standard LTC class won't fulfill that requirement. Contact the school about alternatives.
