Full description and what we offer

Applied Firearms Defense Skills operates as a teaching partnership between a mother and daughter who treat self-defense education as a serious calling, not a side gig. Whitney shares those credentials plus advanced pistol training and now manages media for the outfit.

Dozens of student reviews highlight how Cat and Whitney make technical content engaging, answer questions thoroughly without judgment, and create a comfortable learning environment—even for people with short attention spans or anxiety around firearms.

They believe in "Rights with Responsibility." This isn't just about trigger control. Instruction covers knowledge, skills, and the correct mindset—what actually matters when a defensive situation becomes real. Class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure one-on-one interaction.
