Buffalo Ridge Defense handles the training side of getting a concealed carry permit in Minnesota. They're USCCA certified instructors offering the firearms training certificate required by Minnesota law—which you'll need within one year of submitting your permit application.

- •Defensive Shooting (Level 1 & 2) - For shooters wanting to move beyond fundamentals
- •AR-15 Fundamentals (Level 1 & 2) and "Getting Started with the AR-15"
- •Basic Handgun Skills and Firearms Safety
- •Specialized courses: Real Estate Agent Safety, Church Safety (congregation protection), Stop the Bleed
- •USCCA Instructor Certification - If you want to teach
If you're applying in Minnesota, here's what the law requires:

| Permit Valid | 5 years from issuance |
| Cost | Up to $100 new, $75 renewal (county sheriff sets final fee) |
You cannot be prohibited under Minnesota Statute 624.714 or listed in the criminal gang investigation system.
Buffalo Ridge Defense hosts classes in Stillwater and Lindstrom. Both locations work with Wisconsin residents too—Wisconsin doesn't require a permit to carry, but their training is available if you want it.
