Ten Point Lodge operates on 520 private acres adjoining 200 acres of state land—479 wooded acres and 241 acres of working land. They've invested heavily in habitat management: direct seeding 26 acres of hardwoods, 5 acres of conifers, 28 acres of prairie grass for quail, plus 500+ fruit trees. Timber stand improvement on 140 acres and removed barbed wire to improve deer movement across the property.
