Warroad Lost River Sportsmen Complex operates as a nonprofit, volunteer-driven facility dedicated to safe, family-friendly shooting sports. The range features:
- •Rifle Range: 25, 50, 100, 200 & 300 yard backstops
- •11 covered shooting benches mounted on concrete slabs
- •Two clay trap fields for competitive trap shooting
- •Two open clay throwing stations for practice
- •10-station sporting clays course for shotgun skill development
WLRSC hosts the Warroad Warriors Trap Club, a school-sanctioned sport for 6th-12th grade students in the Warroad School District. Both boys and girls of any skill level can compete and earn school letters.
- •Spring League: 9-week program (April-May) with opportunity to compete in regional invitational shoots and the state championship in Alexandria
- •Fall League: 6-week program (September-October)
- •Summer Camp: Mid-July through August for incoming 6th-12th graders

WLRSC operates as a membership-based organization with regular scheduled shoots listed on their events calendar. Monthly board meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Warroad Public Safety building (southwest entrance).
Current annual budget of $14,000+ covers grounds maintenance, target upkeep, road maintenance, insurance, and youth programs. Membership fees cover approximately one-third of operational costs.
