Dad's Super Pawn operates as a fully licensed Federal Firearms dealer (FFL) and Class III SOT dealer on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. They handle standard firearm transfers and specialize in National Firearms Act (NFA) items including suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, fully automatic weapons, and AOWs.

If you're buying firearms online and need them shipped to the area:

1. Provide your dealer with Dad's Super Pawn's FFL 2. Contact their Shipping and Receiving department to expedite processing 3. Wait for confirmation—cataloging takes up to 24 hours by federal law 4. Come in with valid Mississippi ID/Driver's License for paperwork and background check

Transfer fee: $40 per serialized weapon plus Mississippi sales tax. If you're denied on the background check, the fee is non-refundable and shipping costs back to the dealer are your responsibility.

For suppressors, SBRs, full-auto weapons, and other NFA items:

• •Class III transfer fee: $100 per serialized item (plus MS sales tax)
• •Federal tax stamp: $200 + $5 processing fee (no sales tax)
• •What's included: Kiosk fee, fingerprinting, passport-style photo
• •Processing time: Dependent on ATF approval—you have no control over federal stamp timelines

Valid Mississippi State ID or Driver's License required for all transfers.
