Green Light Tactical Training & Consulting (GLTTC) is run by Major Jeff Smith of the Jackson County Sheriff's Department—a full-time law enforcement professional with nearly three decades on the job as a deputy, detective, SWAT leader, and tactical instructor. He teaches roughly 200 students annually through his certification courses and advanced training programs.
GLTTC's Basic Pistol Course satisfies all state requirements for Mississippi's Enhanced Concealed Carry (ECC) permit. Smith issues the official state certificate upon completion.
