Libre Tactical was founded by James (Jim) Pratt, a retired military special warfare operator with over 40 years in the field. Before bringing his company stateside, Pratt worked high-threat contracts across the globe—including protective details in Africa where his former business helped secure South Sudan's independence and protected oil fields during the 2011-2012 conflict.

The team is composed of former military special operators, law enforcement professionals, and executive protection specialists from the U.S. and internationally. They bring combat experience from Special Forces, Royal Marine Commandos, Special Tactics Officers, and federal government special operations backgrounds.

• •Firearms Training covers the fundamentals: safety, proper handling, and marksmanship. Their instructors are NRA-certified and trained for Mississippi Enhanced Conceal Permits.
