Memphis Beech Coaching

Memphis Beech (Mekkos) brings 9 years of active duty Marine Corps service into his coaching practice, with combat deployments to Afghanistan and Djibouti. After returning home to Memphis, he invested heavily in firearms training—over 70 courses totaling 800+ hours—studying under names like Tom Givens, Massad Ayoob, Gabe White, and Craig Douglas.

Beech specializes in pistol fundamentals, concealed carry skills, and competitive shooting technique. He holds certifications as a Deadly Force Instructor (Massad Ayoob Group), Master Pistol Instructor (Rangemaster), Active Self Protection Instructor, and Force on Force Instructor. He serves as Chief Range Safety Officer for the NRA and leads instruction at Top Gun Shooting Range in Memphis.

Beech competes seriously in IDPA and USPSA, earning master-class status and multiple state placements:
