Location details and information
Missouri Gun & Quail Club operates as a locked, gated private club—meaning every person on the grounds has completed safety training or is supervised by a member. With 400-member capacity, you get dedicated facilities without the crowding of public ranges.
The club features brand new skeet machines purchased in Fall 2021 with high and low houses. You can shoot singles or doubles. The trap field is set at ATA regulation height and speed. Want something harder? Try wobble trap on the skeet field for a humbling challenge.
The rifle range has 16 concrete bench stations with backstops at 25, 50, 100, and 200 yards. Includes a small metallic spinner at 25 yards for .22 practice.
The pistol range offers 7 lanes with varying distances (5-25 yards) and free-standing target boards.
Special event: Second Saturday of each month, 9 AM to 11 AM, modified PCP (any caliber). Revolvers need speed loaders; semi-autos bring extra magazines.
Dedicated archery area on the grounds.
The club's association with Turning Point Brittanys signals serious commitment to bird dog excellence. Field assignments accommodate puppies learning the ropes and advanced dogs refining skills.
8 AM to Dusk, Seven Days A Week
Gates are always locked. This isn't a walk-in operation—you must be a member or invited by one.
Membership is private and capped at 400 members. New members sit through detailed safety training plus a walk-around to understand rules and facility layout.
The club explicitly states: "We don't want to lose any members due to carelessness and do everything we can to avoid accidents."
The club hosts member events including hunt tests (Gateway Vizsla Club Hunt Test in March) and New Member Orientations throughout the year.
