The Broadwater Rod and Gun Club is a premier shooting facility in Townsend, Montana, serving the Broadwater County community and greater Helena area since 1902. This member-supported organization operates multiple world-class ranges dedicated to rifle, pistol, shotgun, and archery sports.
The club maintains three primary shooting locations:
Beyond recreational shooting, the club actively serves the community through Hunter Education classes (1,500+ students trained since 1993), NRA firearms training courses, 4H .22 rifle and shotgun programs, and the popular annual Walleye Fishing Derby.
Membership is required for facility access and covers immediate household members (spouse and dependent children). Members receive gate keys for Indian Creek facility 24/7 access and participate in scheduled events at Canton Lane. Membership runs September 1 – August 31 annually.
