Sin City Rack Pack started with a simple mission: create better bowhunters. Founded in 2021 by Matt Bartell and Ryan Wittman, the organization focuses on teaching proper respect for animal conservation and ethical hunting protocols.

Their work spans three core areas:
These aren't standard archery targets. Rack Pack designs them specifically for bowhunters, with:
- •Multiring scoring system
- •Vitals sized accurately to each species (elk, antelope, mule deer)
- •High-quality paper construction
- •-5 penalty for shots that would wound the animal or be unethical
The penalty system forces shooters to practice the discipline required for real hunting—misses in the vital zone cost you.
- •Indoor Money Tournament (2025-2026)
- •When: Every Thursday, 7:30pm-9pm (Dec 4, 2025 - Feb 19, 2026)
- •Where: Aces and Arrows, Las Vegas
- •Entry: $125 buy-in + $10 range fee (Teens: $60 buy-in + $10 range fee)
- •Payouts: Top 3 shooters take home cash
- •Target: Elk, antelope, and mule deer broadside/frontal with vital zone scoring
- •Hunter Games "Buckle" Series (TBD)
- •7 divisions competing for custom belt buckles
- •Open bow and outlaw bowhunter classes
- •Teen division (12-17)
- •Bow raffles, food trucks, and prizes

Rack Pack designs full archery facilities from the ground up. Their current project at PrairieFire in Nevada includes:

- •Flat range with bails up to 200 yards
- •Broadhead pit and short course
- •50+ pistol bays (multi-sport facility)

- •Up to 1-mile sniper shoot
