Capitol City Gun Club

Capitol City Gun Club operates four distinct shotgun sports, each testing different skill sets:

• •Trap - Single machine launches targets away from you. Five shooting positions in a semi-circle. Tests your speed on rapidly moving targets simulating game bird flight.

• •Skeet - Two trap houses (high and low) launch targets that cross in front of eight shooting stations. Requires precision at the crossing point.

• •Sporting Clays - The golf-with-a-shotgun discipline. 15 stations over natural terrain using 36 machines to simulate varied bird and rabbit flight patterns. Most challenging option.

• •5-Stand - Similar variety to sporting clays but condensed. Nine trap machines across five stations. Minimum 2 shooters required.
