Londonderry Fish & Game Club was established in 1951 to promote conservation, safety, and ethics through Hunter Education Programs. Today they operate an 83-acre facility in Litchfield that adjoins 1,000 acres of Musquash Conservation Area and 500 acres of Litchfield State Forest—creating a massive outdoor resource for members.
Instead of one-size-fits-all range guidelines, LFGC redesigned their rulebook in 2021 with range-specific regulations based on NRA Chief Range Safety Officer guidance.
Rifle Ranges: - 25-yard utility (8 AM–half hour after sunset) - 50-yard utility and training ranges - 50-yard rifle range - 100-yard rifle range - 200/400-yard range (Daniel Lee Duprat Memorial Rifle Range, 8 AM–sunset)
Shotgun & Specialty: - Shotgun range with 3 throwers - 50-yard archery range - Axe & knife throwing range - 15-yard training range (coming soon)
Key Rule Updates (Effective January 1, 2021): Tannerite prohibited on 25-yard utility range; allowed on 50-yard utility range (8 oz max). Shotgun use eliminated from 200-yard range. No climbing berms without leadership permission. Tree stands must be removed by April 15 annually.
LFGC hosts New Hampshire Hunter Education courses at the Musquash Center (5 Lund Street, Litchfield). Classes require 12 classroom hours, 6-8 field hours, and final exam. Cost: $5 per participant. Minimum age: 12 years old (parental consent required for under-18). No class absences permitted; late arrivals after 15 minutes denied entry. Materials included: NH Hunter Education packet with wildlife ID guide and outdoor survival information.
Recent/Upcoming Training Events: - Women's Defense League courses - GLOCK Low Profile Carry Courses (8 AM–4 PM) - Law Enforcement training - New member orientation sessions - Skill builder workshops

Locks change January 1 each year. Members must display club badge on premises at all times.
Beyond shooting, LFGC maintains a fully stocked trout pond and 82 acres available for hunting and hiking. All hunting, fishing, and trapping activities subject to club rules—tree stand removal deadline: April 15 annually.
Contributions to LFGC (payable to The Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc., P.O. Box 229, Londonderry, NH 03053) go directly to facility operations and maintenance. While not tax-deductible, donations fund community events and hunter education programs.
