Jon C. Bach began competing as a youth, then stopped at age 17 after a car accident left him with sight in only his left eye. In 1996, a friend's interest in archery drew him back to the sport. Rather than switching to left-handed shooting, he worked with an awkwardly angled head position until discovering left-handed bows. His comeback was rapid: 1997 Atlantic City Archery Classic Barebow Champion, 1997 NJAA Indoor State Barebow Champion, and by 1999, the NFAA National Barebow Champion after five grueling days of competition in Watkins Glen, NY.
Bach has also invented and patented two archery peep sight designs (three US Patents total).
Classes welcome students age 7 and up through adults. The program emphasizes safety, mental discipline, and physical development suitable for all body types and abilities.
