CRW Training Group was founded in 2023 by Bradley Willis, drawing from over a decade of combined military and security experience in the British Armed Forces and private tactical instruction. The core mission is simple: training should prepare you for real life, not just the range.
The team comprises former UK and US special operations veterans who believe that civilian readiness shouldn't be left to outdated methods. Every course is built from firsthand field experience and designed to develop critical thinking, composure under pressure, and the confidence to protect yourself and others.
Firearms Training - Ground Zero Pistol & Rifle (fundamentals for beginners) - Advanced Combat Ready (intermediate to advanced pistol/rifle skills) - Concealed Carry Course (USCCA-certified curriculum) - Hard Target training
The concealed carry course stands out—taught by NRA/USCCA certified instructors, defense attorneys, and fugitive apprehension officers. You'll learn safe handling, accurate shooting, de-escalation tactics, and the legal framework that actually matters, then qualify on the live-fire range.
