MAGS Indoor Shooting Range

MAGS Indoor Shooting Range is the Estancia Valley's premier indoor shooting facility, located in Moriarty, New Mexico. This modern, climate-controlled range offers a safe and welcoming environment for shooters of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced marksmen.

MAGS features eight 20-yard lanes equipped with state-of-the-art amenities designed for comfort and safety. Each lane includes modern target retrieval systems and contained bullet traps, ensuring a professional shooting experience. The range benefits from a negative pressure fresh air ventilation system and excellent lighting throughout.

The range accommodates both pistol and rifle shooting, with firearm rentals available for those without their own equipment. All rental firearms must use range-designated ammunition. MAGS is actively undergoing remodeling while maintaining full operational status.

MAGS offers comprehensive firearms training through several class options: - Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) courses including initial licensing and 2-year/4-year renewals - Defensive Handgun classes - AR-15/Tactical Urban Carbine instruction - NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course - Ladies-specific classes including introduction and basic pistol - NRA Refuse to Be a Victim safety seminar - Private instruction available

Day passes cost $15 per person ($12 for military, veterans, and law enforcement). Annual memberships are available at $225, providing daily range access and retail store discounts. Special rates apply throughout the week: $10 Wednesdays for all shooters, $10 Fridays for seniors/veterans, and $10 Thursdays for ladies.

Located at 410 Camino Oriente in Moriarty, MAGS is easily accessible from I-40 Exit 197. Head west on Central Avenue, turn left at Lisa's Truck Center. Open Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
