Full description and what we offer
Boston Valley Conservation Society started as the Boston Rod and Gun Club in 1920, became BVCS in 1931, and incorporated in 1939. It's been the gathering place for shooters in the Boston Township area ever since—a not-for-profit run by members for members.
BVCS is private and membership-based. Visitors are welcome if a member brings them, but to shoot regularly and access all facilities without a chaperone, you join.
Membership costs: - $80/year for current NRA members (dues and initiation waived) - $120/year for non-NRA members (includes NRA membership) - $37.50 for spouses
Membership runs July 1 to June 30. New members go through an application process and one-year probation before full acceptance by the general membership.
As a member: - Lower range fees for all shooting - Independent access to the pistol range (no member escort needed) - Full facility access - Right to request use of facilities for personal events
