Elma Conservation Club is a members-only facility. The club operates as a working organization where members contribute to facility maintenance and operations. Guests of members may use facilities with member sponsorship. The club is affiliated with the National Rifle Association, NYS Conservation Council, and Erie County Federation of Sportsman Clubs.
Beyond shooting sports, Elma Conservation Club actively supports wildlife conservation through pheasant stocking (over 1,000 released), stream improvements, and community outreach including hosting veteran and youth groups twice yearly.
