Sara Spa Rod & Gun Club

SaraSpa focuses on IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) - competitive shooting that mirrors actual self-defense scenarios. No specialized "competition-only" gear allowed. You shoot with the same pistol and holster you'd carry.

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM every Thursday. New members need one practice session plus safety orientation to get certified. Requirements are straightforward: NYS pistol permit, practical handgun (.38, 9mm, .40, .45 cal - no .22s), hip holster with trigger guard coverage, 3 spare mags, ammo, and eye/ear protection.

Hosting IDPA Tier 1 Matches May through October. Register through PracticeScore for monthly competitions that draw serious shooters across the region.
