Adkins Conceal Carry recognizes what most training doesn't: shooters learn differently and start from different places. Their instructors—led by someone with 20+ years law enforcement experience and 22 years of handgun work—build each class around the individual.
- •NC Conceal Carry Permit Course – $80/person (as of July 2024). Covers safety, operation, concealed carry techniques, and NC deadly force law. Shooting qualification at 3, 5, and 7 yards. Certificate accepted by any NC sheriff. Handgun rental available for $20.
- •One-on-One Fundamentals – Basic pistol, rifle, and shotgun classes with personal instruction and range time. Bring your own firearm or use theirs.
Two experienced range officers on site to walk you through your firearm during live fire.
The core team includes the owner (20+ years law enforcement, NRA pistol instructor) plus his two sons, Chris and Patrick, combining 20 years of shooting experience.
Everyone has different experience with firearms—the training should reflect that, not ignore it.
