The Black Hawk Rifle Club, Inc. is one of America's most prestigious smallbore rifle clubs, established in 1936 by University of Chicago shooters. This members-only organization promotes competitive rifle marksmanship and proficiency in firearms use.
Founded in February 1936 and chartered by the NRA on July 18, 1936, the Black Hawk Rifle Club has nearly 90 years of excellence in competitive shooting. The club was formally incorporated by the State of Illinois on March 25, 1940, and has since become a cornerstone of American smallbore rifle competition.
