Each custom rifle starts with an industry-leading custom action, then pairs it with a match-grade stainless or carbon fiber-wrapped barrel. They source stocks from H-S Precision, McMillan, or Manners (other options available), add a premium trigger adjusted to your specs, and finish with Cerakote.

But the real difference is barrel break-in and load development. Carolina Custom Rifles tests your rifle extensively, develops a custom load, and includes 20 rounds of ammo plus load data. That ammo is formulated specifically for your rifle—not a compromise load that might work.

Start with a phone consultation to discuss your vision. They outline the design and give you a price. Once you send the 25% deposit, your build begins in order received. Typical turnaround is 9-12 months (stocks are the main bottleneck, running 6-8 months from manufacturers). When complete, you pay the balance and the rifle ships in a hard case with ammo to your FFL.
