Hitting the Mark Firearms Training is owned and operated by Mark D. Cline, an NRA-certified instructor with over 55 years of firearms and hunting experience. He's been carrying concealed for more than 26 years and holds certifications as an NRA Range Safety Officer and Personal Protection Instructor. He's also certified by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Education & Training Commission and the North Carolina Justice Academy to teach and certify concealed carry permit applicants.

Mark didn't stop there. Recognizing the legal complexity of self-defense decisions, he pursued specialized training through attorney Andrew Branca's Law of Self Defense program and is now a certified instructor in self-defense law.
