Jackson Farm Deer Processing is a USDA-approved and inspected facility serving Davidson, Rowan, Forsyth, Randolph, and Guilford counties. They process one deer at a time—not assembly-line batches.

Location: 989 Hwy 47, Lexington, NC (just off Hwy 8)

  • Deer Season Hours: 8am–9pm, Monday–Sunday. Call (336) 240-2757 during bow season if you harvest late—they'll wait around.

What You Need to Bring: - Valid NC Hunter's License - Harvest ID for your deer

Jackson Farm also processes wild boar year-round. Call ahead if you need off-season processing.

They're a NC Wildlife Cervid Health Control (CHC) Agent and accept heads for CWD testing at no additional charge. They also partner with NC Hunters For The Hungry—drop off legally harvested deer and they'll process and donate it to families in need.

Jackson Farm maintains one of the cleanest processing facilities in North Carolina with top-of-the-line cleaning and sanitizing equipment on premises.
