Buck'Eye Outfitters runs a working deer camp that operates across Ohio's entire season: archery (late September through early February), muzzleloader season (late December/early January), shotgun season (late November plus a December weekend), and youth shotgun opportunities.
- •Lodging at camp
- •Hunt access for the full week
- •18-20 foot treestands (most of the fleet), plus blinds and buddy stands
- •Multiple food plots: buck forage oats, turnips, wheat, standing corn, clover, timothy
- •Baiting (legal in Ohio)
You handle: hunting license/permits, your own gear, food, and game processing.
- •Group Size: 4-6 hunters per week (individual or groups combined)
- •Pricing: $1,000–$2,500 per person per week depending on timing. Early and late season cost less; rut season and special seasons (shotgun, muzzleloader) cost more.
- •Logistics: Arrive Sunday afternoon, hunt starts Monday. Depart Saturday by noon. Grocery stores 10–35 minutes away; Walmart 40 minutes. Airport transport available from Akron-Canton, Pittsburgh, or Columbus.
