The steps: 1. Submit a contact form with the original dealer's information and firearm details 2. They coordinate FFL information with the shipping dealer 3. Firearm arrives and they contact you to schedule pickup 4. Complete ATF Form 4473 background check 5. $30 transfer fee ($15 per additional firearm in same transaction) 6. Pick up with valid government ID
