The club accepts new membership applications on a rolling basis, with Trustee votes held the 2nd Sunday of each month. Applications are on file until March 1 each year—after that date, only the new revised application (updated 1/12/2026) will be accepted.
Gate combinations change regularly (most recently January 25, 2026). Members receive updated combination codes with their membership cards and newsletter, mailed in January.
Membership card stickers are updated annually. Late payment of dues incurs a $25 fee if received after December 31st.
Beyond shooting, Crooked Creek emphasizes education and conservation. The club hosts work parties three times yearly to maintain grounds:
Work includes firewood preparation, tree removal, range maintenance, and clubhouse upkeep. Lunch (Dave's Famous Chili) is provided. All ranges close during work parties.
Crooked Creek enforces strict range protocols:
Members violating rules face confiscation of membership card and may appear before Trustees for suspension or expulsion.
