Owner Scott uses game camera data, wind direction, and weather monitoring to position hunters at permanent tree stands and ground blinds for optimal success rates.
The 1000+ acre hunting ground includes permanent tree stands, ground blinds, food plots, and baited areas. Nearby amenities include a private 30-acre lake stocked with bass and perch for off-hunt relaxation.
